• Retaining Key Employees – There is never a good time to lose key employees.  Think of someone you would hate to lose to another organization.  What could you be doing to retain him/her? Come discuss it with fellow council members at this virtual roundtable.

Note that if registration is full, you will not be able to enroll. If you registered and cannot attend, please email Christopher Morris at cmorris@cuna.coop to withdraw your registration so another council member can attend.

Space will be limited to the first 30 registrants to allow for more focused discussion (this roundtable will be recorded for download to those unable to attend.)

What is a Virtual Roundtable?

• A discussion forum hosted in a web conference format to share knowledge, insights and experiences with their peers ( not a webinar) .
• Content is focused on a specific and timely topic of interest or concern to human resources and training and development professionals
• The program is designed to provide a unique and facilitated peer to peer learning experience

Typical Agenda

• An interactive presentation by the facilitator to “frame” the peer to peer conversations
• Q & A from participants
• Facilitated peer to peer discussion
