Topic 2: Pay, Performance and Motivation (HR)

This session takes a humorous look at what makes the annual performance
review so stressful for both the giver and receiver and why people tend
to avoid them. You will learn to make them more effective and will relate
to the real life experiences being shared. When you realize that performance
appraisals are designed to improve performance everything else is secondary.

motivates employee performance.
